You can read about personal branding all over the internet and in several great books. When you have clarity about your personal brand, you know who you are, what you do and what value it brings… and you understand how to align it to the greater mission of your company.
Operating from the foundation that a personal brand is meaningful, why doesn’t everyone know what their brand is? What I often find is it’s because people have become so accustomed to putting on a mask or adopting a professional persona that they don’t know who they are when they aren’t trying to fit in or please someone in authority.
I recently recorded a three-part video series about Claiming Your Authentic Personal Brand. Subscribers to my newsletter will automatically receive this video series as well as a special report on why Personal Branding is Smart Business. If you aren’t already a subscriber, please click here to subscribe now so you can learn more what it means to have an authentic personal brand, as well as the benefits of it and how to uncover your brand.
